Finally the interior. As you could see on the first post there were wooden bars added on the interior as well as the exterior of Paukku. These interior ones were then used for attaching OSB plates. As a memory refresher here’s the image one more time.

So, as mentioned the whole interior was covered in OSB plate. Before that though the brake lights were attached so the cables for those are underneath the flooring and on the back wall. No pictures of that process unfortunately as they were quite long and chilly evenings… The painting was done with the help of a heater to keep it warm enough. Acrylic was used to fill in the gaps on the OSB plating.

The floor was painted gray and the walls and ceiling white as you can see on the images there. The final part was getting the electrical work done. The cable placement was streamed to Twitch but the actual coupling/finalization was done by a professional so that it’s licensed and legal. The wiring placement is unfortunately quite hasty which shows. You can see the electrical stuff on the top of this page as the first image. Here’s a quick screenshot from a video I took for social media (TikTok and Instagram) of the front box where the electricity goes in (and also comes out as there’s a weather-proof socket as well). The insides are quite dirty I know…

I guess that’s all for now. I don’t think any future updates on Paukku warrants a new post so instead we’ll do updates here at the end of it with a timestamp.
EDIT-2025-04-21: Example to show how they would look like.
Next thing would be to showcase the upcoming construction of our home?! So what are the plans looking like? That after all is the main purpose of this blog.
